The Park is located in Kirkland, Washington with direct views of the lake. The original EIFS facade and top mounted glass rails were removed and replaced with fiber-cement lap siding with a new belly band at the third floor and face mounted glass rails. A new, more defined cornice modernizes the traditional layered cornice.  A new entry structure and awning was added at the rear entry.
