Lochshire Condominiums was a total strip and reclad project. The courtyard was dark and uninviting with water intrusion in units causing mold and framing damage. The remodeled courtyard included new planters and lighting, as well as new raised pavers to correct the water draining issues. The vinyl siding was replaced with fiber-cement lap siding, shingles, and hardi panels. All windows and balcony rails were also replaced. This project won an AGC Award for Construction Excellence.
